So after two years of being slaves to the new linear spec and surviving the first round of exams and results, we start to look towards the future. What can we learn? Well I have just received back a number of exemplar essays from the first and second year students, so armed with a coffee and highlighter I begin my analysis – stayed tuned for my findings.
And then it is the ‘patient’ wait for the examiners comments, which (fingers crossed) should shed some light on the reasoning behind the marks…only time will tell!
For now I am grateful for my summer in the sea (far away from power points and podcasts) and I am hopeful for the new year 🙂
